SignalAlignmentPointDescription

Description of the alignment point, i.e. the spot that is targeted when orienting the signal head. Can be used in exceptional cases such as tight curves to describe a target that is situated off- track, for instance "line-side radio mast". NR normally targets the signal's AWS magnet and alternatively a given distance from the signal, or a spot on the track at a given distance from the signal.
