IntrinsicCoordinate
Intrinsic coordinate reflects the order of a feature along the linear element in the range [0,1].
Values 0 and 1 denote the extremities of a Linear Element. Intermediate values denote ordered intermediate locations along the topological element. Each location along the element can be associated with any number of coordinates expressed in a suitable positioning system.
Nonlinear Elements can only have a Value of 0.
