LineString

Set of consecutive straight segments (no branches) defined by successive vertices. Can be specialized to e.g. prisms, for instance to define 3D "areas". A linestring is expected to have the same number of vertices in all positioning systems, but the model does not enforce this. This flexibility can be useful when the linestring approximates a circle for instance.
